For a Dutch multinational with activities in the field of paints and varnishes TopHeadHunting is looking for a SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant.

Job description
We need a consultant with Time Management implementation expertise in SuccessFactors Time Off, Time Sheet and Time Tracking. Integration with Payroll and Time systems functional understanding is also necessary.
Also, this is a customer facing assignment where preferably a local NL or nearshore location consultant who can travel for short duration for customer workshops will be preferred. Dutch language is a nice to have.

Job requirements

  • Candidate should have minimum 10 years or above experience in SAP HCM/HXM including SuccessFactors, must have worked on at least 2 end to end implementations in SF Time Off and Time Sheet and Support projects
  • Candidate must be capable for business discussions, workshops and requirement gathering. Project language will be English
  • Should have strong experience on SF Time Off and Time Sheet. Time Tracking knowledge will be preferable though not mandatory
  • Understanding of Integrating External Time Tracking Services with SAP SuccessFactors Clock In Clock Out process is good to have skillset
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and/or Time tracking certification is mandatoryS
  • Strong Functional knowledge of Employee Central, data migration techniques and Business Rules.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations.
  • It is a client facing role. Excellent communication, presentation skills are required and must be a team player
  • Expected to work independently on projects. Strong decision-making skills. Ability to work under stressful and tight timeline situations
  • Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Time off and Time Sheet Solutions in compliance with the Best Practices
  • Exposure on NL customers and local regulations on leave and attendance requirements is desirable.
